Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Times
We partner with trusted global suppliers to bring you high-quality pet products and accessories at affordable prices. Because of this, many of our items are shipped directly from our international warehouses.
Delayed Shipping Notice: From February 10th to February 24th, order processing and shipping times will be extended due to annual inventory stock count. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking hasn’t updated for more than 30 days, please contact us at pawwellco00@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
In cases of confirmed loss or damage, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
